Heated ski room
Equipped with private, family sized heated lockers, it allows you to start each morning with warm, dry ski boots! Each locker contains inside air ski boot dryers and racks to store gloves, helmets, skis, snowboards and poles.
Bike room during the summer season
During the summer period, our storage area becomes a proper bike room where you can store your bike safely. You will also find charging stations for your e-bike!
Indoor playroom for the little ones
In our playroom, children can run and play in total freedom. Colorful and equipped, this is a place where little ones can build and create new things with the giant legos together with you!
Super-equipped on-site laundry
Equipped with professional 13kg washing machines and dryers (38-minute fast cycles), so you can clean and dry in one fell swoop the mountain of clothes you used during intense days in the Dolomites! Our laundry is also equipped with automatic detergent, fabric softener and disinfectant dispenser, so you won't have to bring anything from home!
Private parking available
If you choose to reach our apartment complex by car, you will not have to worry about finding a parking space. We provide you with a very convenient, large and easily accessible private parking lot reserved exclusively for our guests.
